level of rider looking for a horse to teach them the correct use of seat

expenses. This lease includes 3 rides per week, to be scheduled on a
weekly basis to accommodate other rides and days off. We request that a

Friesian gelding shown through 2nd level and schooling 3rd. He is as
sweet as they come and fun to ride. He has scores to low 70's at 1st and
2nd level, and scored an 80.6% for his 2009 2nd level freestyle. He is
currently placed 3rd in the nation for USDF Freestyles at 2nd level. He
is sound and has an exceptional brain. Takes care of amateurs but spicy

Brazil is a 1996 half Trakehner mare by Symbol
out of Belize. She was a state premium filly at her inspection with a
score of 83%. She scored a 9 for conformation. Brazil has shown

is a beautiful mare and will make a wonderful partner for her new person.

Warrik is a
2007 Oldenburg gelding by the Elite Hanovarian stallion Welcome S, out of
Linn x Vivaldi. With such awesome movers of both sire and dam we
have great hopes for Warrik in future years and are pleased to offer him
for sale. Pleasure to work with on the ground. Warrik competed this year
at the NWSB USDF DSHB Championships. Warrik scored a 75.6% in the DSHB 2
Year Old Class. Judge commented that Warrick had clear rhythm and a nice
use of his top line. Warrik is a athletic type and will make a excellent

2009 Dressage Prospect Colt by Versache
Valon is a beautiful 2009 colt by the stallion
Versache. He is super sweet with a great personality! At the
ISR/Oldenburg inspection, the inspector remarked at what a beautiful trot
he had and predicted he will make a fantastic dressage horse. We couldn't
agree more! Valon showed successfully this year in the DSHB Classes.
Judges commented on his clear balance and rhythm and received positive comments
on his legs and conformation. Priced for sale $8,500.00.
Dam: Linn is a 1991 16 hand, Swedish mare is by the
very impressive Swedish stallion Vivaldi, out of Linetta x Indus.
Linn was imported from Sweden after receiving her diploma status (highest
status with the SWB Assn) and with super inspection scores of 9-8-7-9-9.
Sire: Versache is a 17 hand, Dutch stallion, by the
famous dressage stallion, Olympic Ferro and out of an Elite Dutch mare by
Idocus Crown, another fantastic dressage producer. Versache has shown
tremendous versatility, excelling in both the dressage and jumping arena.
At the 2007 ISR/Oldenburg stallion test, he was Reserve Champion of the
30-day stallion test scoring a 123.23, with a dressage index of 127.73
and a jumping index of 127.53. Additionally, he went on to receive the US
Reserve Champion in the jumping IBOP with a final score of 76. He is
currently pursuing a career in the jumping arena, and debuted this season

2009 Dressage Prospect Filly by Versache
Vogue is a stunning 2009 filly by the stallion Versache
(Olympic Ferro x Olivia/ Idocus Crown). She was Filly Champion at the
2009 ISR/Oldenburg inspection with an 8.8 for gaits, the highest score
given at the inspection. She is as sweet as they come with unbelievable
movement.Vogue competed at the NWSB USDF DSHB Championships and was
Filly Champion with a score of 79.4. This will be a filly that
will get you noticed in the dressage ring! Price available upon request.
Dam: Gana is a 15.3 hand, Swedish mare, by the
world-famous Olympic dressage stallion, Gauguin de Lully, and out of a
premium mare by St Pr Aktuell, another famous dressage producer. Gana
comes to Tower Lane Farm from one of the top breeding farms in the U.S.,
Ken Borden Jr/ Little Bit Farm Inc. Gana was tied for the top-scoring
Swedish foal inspected in (scores 9,8,8), and in 2003, she received the
highest scores in the U.S. for her gaits. In 1999, Gana was third in the
Mid-Ohio Futurity and second at the Great Lakes "A" hunter show.
That same year, she won the filly class at Sorensen Championships and
placed top 10 at Dressage at Devon, both under saddle and in hand. Gana
won fourth in ’99 and third in ’00 in the AHSA Hunter Breeding with very
limited showing. In 2000, she won the Mid-Ohio Dressage Two-year-old
Futurity. Gana is an amazing mover. She is definitely international
quality. At the SWANA inspection, Gana received the highest dressage
scores in the U.S. - "9" in the gaits category. She is easy to
ride and shows the most elastic gaits, with incredible reach and natural
cadence in all three gaits! In 2005, Gana only showed twice and was
Reserve Champion Mare and Reserve Champion Mature horse both times.

He is 18 years-old and 16.3hh. He has schooled all of the Grand Prix movements. Shown extensively through I1 with both a
professional and an adult amateur. Has been in top 10 at I1 USDF year-end awards two different seasons, and consistently
in top ten for Dutch Horses at his level for year-end awards. Was a member of the Region 6
NAYRC team in 2002. He has three lovely gaits, with a smooth trot and a super comfy canter.

Callabrio "Rio" is a beautiful 16.2
dark bay shire/TB with 4 white stockings and a big blaze .Rio has been
successfully under saddle for one year. She is currently solid training
level and is beginning her lateral work, including shoulder-in,
haunches-in and leg yield. She loves to be loved, and an occasional back
scratch will put you at the top of her list. Rio has some show experience
at Intro and Training Level at the beginning of the 2006 season and has
attended clinics with Rafael Hielleiger.
