Boarding at Tower Lane Farm

SKM Dressage is pleased to partner with one of the top dressage boarding facilities in the Puget Sound, Tower Lane Farm.Tower Lane Farm takes pride in providing the optimum care for your equine partners offering a quiet, professional, friendly atmosphere to riders of all levels of dressage. We understand the requirements for top performing Dressage horses and do our best to support their needs as well as the needs of the rider.

Indoor Arena

Indoor area 59’x120’ is fully enclosed with premium footing,  comfortable for evening and bad weather riding. We are proud of our arenas and have received numerous compliments from vets and international clinicians

Outdoor Arena

Outdoor 90’x218’ sand arena with a full size dressage court set up and an amazing view of Mt. Rainer.. Our drainage system will support year round availability for clients. Both arenas are groomed and watered to keep footing at optimal performance.  Adjacent Gazebo for gathering to watch rides.

Indoor Stalls

The barn has 13 matted 11x12 matted stalls inside the barn. Five stalls have access to paddocks. All stalls are bedded with shavings for maximum comfort. Horses are turned out 6 days a week either in Condos or in pastures for dry weather. In the winter months Condos are reserved for horses in barn stalls.

Outdoor Condos

19 outdoor matted stalls with individual paddocks for 24/7 access to turn-out. . Condos are bedded with shavings for maximum comfort. We take care in our turn out management to reduce the northwest mud as much as possible.  A combination of pasture and paddock turnouts are also available for additional turn out.

Pastures and Riding Outdoors

Tower Lane Farm is situated on 20 lush acres of fenced pastures and paddocks. The grounds at Tower Lane are kept clean and secure. There is plenty of room to take a nice hack between the pastures. There are beautiful groomed trails just a quick walk down the road. In the summer months many of us enjoy a relaxing trail ride down to the green river.

Horse Care and Tack

Horses are fed quality hay 3x a day 6 days per week, and 2x a day on Sundays.  Grain is fed 2x per day with owner supplied grain and supplements.  We also offer a variety of grain at an additional cost.  

The barn has two matted enclosed grooming areas, grooming cross-ties in aisleway and two wash racks, one inside with hot water and one outside with cold water only.

AND of course space available for horse and rider tack.  A Theraplate is available for horses (at a monthly cost)
